Lead DJ Nikolai, the lead DJ and general
manager of Decennial Gothica, may be found lurking in shadows near the pulsating beats of underground clubs, where he satiates his craving for fresh independent music from continental Europe. Deeply fond of the Victorian shades of the Gothic spectrum, Nikolai cloaks himself with
a modern twist on Old World clothing styles that turn heads wherever he goes. He brings to Decennial Gothica his passion of symphony and darkness.
Associate DJ Svitlana hails from Ukraine where she studied classical vocals and dance. When she was in secondary school, her brother introduced her to Nightwish, and from that moment she dove headfirst into the world of symphonic metal. When she's not lost in her music, she enjoys fashion and dancing, or you might spot her with friends at the Pravda Beer Theatre.
Associate DJ Cristina is a self-described "urban gothic chick" and does not care what you think about it. She weaves diverse sounds from various corners of the gothic world into a tapestry of sonic darkness, creating an experience that is both haunting and uplifting. When she's not on the airwaves, Cristina can often be found exploring gothic subreddits or immersing herself in the works of Edgar Allan Poe and H.P. Lovecraft. Yes she's a book nerd and does not care what you think of that either.
Associate DJ Asherah first found her love of all things Gothic in her study of history and archeology as a young teenager. She then discovered the world of symphonic and gothic music, fashion, and literature, which became an integral part of her identity. Symphonic metal revives her soul and gives her life. Asherah's mysterious aura and unapologetic embrace of the dark and unusual have made her an icon for those who find solace in the shadows.
Associate DJ Saint G has been in the Gothic and metal subculture for longer than many of his listeners have been alive. He's a walking, breathing relic of the Gothic religion, and he loves the old-school gothic metal as much as the new bands. Like a vampire, he sucks up fresh gothic music like he is feeding and shares the power of his knowledge to anyone who will listen to the drawl of his graven voice.
